Each year, the Cranbrook Shopping Center hosts the Cockeysville Fall Festival, a benefit festival to raise funds for the Cool Kids Campaign, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting pediatric oncology patients, survivors and their families.

The festival features over 50 local commercial, craft and nonprofit vendors, inflatables and carnival games, food trucks, a beer garden, pumpkin patch and live music showcasing local talent in the Greater Baltimore area.

Past festivals included a car and bike show and petting zoo from animal rescues in the community.

The Cockeysville Fall Festival focuses on bringing the community together in a fun and supportive environment while giving back to a good cause.
